| Organization's Profile: | The club has many talented members who happily share their knowledge and expertise through casual conversation, leading special interest groups, participating in panel discussions, etc. A feature that distinguishes our club is the yearly formation of special interest groups where members can gain more knowledge in a particular area and further create some lasting friendships. SIG's include West Coast gardening, vegetables, winter gardening, pruning, propagation, native plants. the Alpine SIG grew so large that it spun off on it's own. The club's board endeavours to find monthly speakers on a variety of subjects. |
