| Meeting Time and Location: | We meet on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7:30pm except January, August and December at VanDusen Botanical Garden Floral Hall. |
| Organization's Profile: | Our purpose is to encourage and promote the growing of roses. We have 9 meetings per year featuring speakers, cultivation info, plants sales; borrowing library open at all meetings; regular communication of upcoming VRS and other gardening events via e-mail and e-newsletter; extensive web site available to members with a wealth of growing tips, etc., 10% discount at select garden centres on all purchases; bulk fertilizer sale every February; summer garden tours and August Garden party; bi-annual Rose Show and mini rose shows at summer and fall meetings. |
