Meeting Time and Location:

We meet on the first Thursday of every month, 2202 Lambert Drive, Courtenay.

Organization's Profile:

Our mission is to conserve and preserve our local plant diversity by encouraging and supporting
public participation in growing heritage and non-hybrid food crops and other plants.
This is achieved by attending local events with educational materials, an annual plant sale,
annual Seedy Saturday, annual garden tours, an educational website, excellent quarterly
newsletter and monthly meetings. Our monthly meetings feature educational speakers, members
sharing their experiences and non-GMO refreshments. Non members are welcome to attend all
of our meetings and events.

Special Events:

We hold a plant sale in May, Seedy Saturday in March, Garden Tours (June or September), and attending community events two to three times per year.
