Update Your Membership Listing in the Directory

Once your application/renewal form has been submitted and your annual payment made, there is still one thing left to do: Update your organization’s directory listing so that people can find your club through our directory.

All updates submitted through this form are subject to Council review before updates are made to your membership listing.

  • Name of Garden Club or Community/Allotment Garden
  • Please enter mailing STREET ADDRESS
  • Name of City where the organization's meetings take place
  • Enter postal code of mailing address
  • The general geographical area where the organization's member live.
  • The gardening focus of the organization (General, community garden etc.
  • Select the specialty interest areas of the organization
  • Name of person to contact for more information regarding your organization. This will appear on the website. You must list a contact email so that the webmaster can contact you if there are any concerns about your post.
  • Phone number of the person to obtain more information regarding the organization.
  • E-mail address to contact the organization
  • If your organization does not have a website, please delete the "http://" from the website field.
  • Number of members
  • Where and when the club meets.
  • A little bit about what the organization is all about
  • Special club sponsored events, ie plant sales, etc.
  • Name of person to receive information and updates from the BC Council of Garden Clubs on behalf of the organization to be shared with the organization's members. This name will NOT appear on the website.
  • Email for the Delegate. This will NOT appear on the website and is for Council use only.


Your privacy is important to us. We provide your group with a listing on our website in order to help foster memberships and increase exposure for our membership. We respect your privacy, and comply with the privacy laws of Canada. By submitting this form, you consent to providing at least ONE form of contact via email or telephone, in order for BCCGC website visitors to reach out to you for more information. If you do not provide a telephone number and/or email address, the BC Council of Garden Clubs is unable to field questions specific to your garden club that may result from not displaying contact information for your listing.
