The Council holds two meetings a year.  The Annual General Meeting is held in March and the Fall Meeting takes place in October.

The Annual General Meeting is the mainly a business meeting with elections taking place for various Executive Board positions.  Any changes to the by-laws and constitution of the Council are also decided at the AGM.

The Fall Meeting generally is more of a social event with less business and more socializing.

At both meetings there are knowledgeable well-known speakers with great presentations, a buffet lunch is served as well as a cookie break in the afternoon, vendors attend to display their products and the day ends with our ever popular Door Draws with prizes donated by attending clubs.

There are generally approximately 40 – 50 clubs represented with an attendance of approximately 140 people.  This is a very popular event so make sure you register early!
