In partnership with Vancity Community Foundation, the BC Council of Garden Clubs, through donations, supports young people entering the horticultural industry by providing 13 scholarships each year to deserving students from academic institutes across British Columbia.
At a time when the climate crisis is at the forefront in our communities, it is more important than ever to encourage the legacy of farming practices, forest management, native and pollinator planting, water-wise gardening, healthy soil management, landscaping and protection of our environment through sustainability in our province among today’s young people.

We are pleased to announce our Fundraising Goal is $10,000. Your generous donations will allow us to provide scholarships for 13 programs at 10 different academic institutions in B.C.
We will be supporting the KPU Farm School at the Richmond Campus for the first time in 2025!
