The Nanaimo Rhododendron Society’s Annual Truss Show and Plant Sale will take place at the Centennial Building, Beban Park, 2300 Bowen Road, Nanaimo on May 9, 2026, from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm.

The truss show features the wide variety of rhododendron blooms and foliage grown on central Vancouver Island.  This year’s sale will have lots of rhododendron cuttings that will be ready for sale and enough exciting vendors (both new and returning) to fill up the hall!

As well as rhododendrons, the plant sale features perennials, alpine and woodland plants, bulbs, and seeds and the other garden-related items including outdoor pottery and wooden structural supports.  This year, a native plant nursery will sell some plants as well.
